Answers: For me It's brocolii spinach or corn.

I'm a big potato fan. I also like haricot verts as a side dish.

In my stir-fry, I like onions, mushrooms, and pea pods. I don't like peas on their own, but sugar snap peas or pea pods are just lovely.

corn

Mushrooms, raw, cooked, alone or with things. I just love them.

tomato (if you can call it a vegetable then a fruit)

jalapenos

fiddle heads, perhaps because they're only available for a very short time.

Artichokes, asparagus and corn on the cob!

Corn is so good lol

cucumbers, I just hate peeling them.

beets, cauliflower

brussel sprouts

zucchini and squash in pasta primavera

large portabella mushrooms that I use as my "hamburgers"

Caesar salad mixes

My feelings on this subjected can be best described by a SNL skit with Dana Carvey....

"She's chopping broccoli..."

I love yellow squash- quick sautee or squash casserole

Spinach!!! LOVE it. oh and dried peas.

i love potatoes, you can prepare them a million ways! i also love broccoli and tomatoes.

Broccoli, Green Beans, Mushrooms (even though they're fungi)

green beans

Corn, sauted mushrooms, and cooked broccoli

In fact, now you've got me thinking of them I'm going to prepare some for lunch RIGHT NOW.

I can never get enough cucumbers, tomatoes, or artichokes.

Red bell peppers in everything. Also, carrots, asparagus, potatoes, onions, broccoli....

Any of the ones mentioned. Luv my veggies. If I had to pick, fresh corn on the cob cooked over an open fire or plenty of sauteed onions n mushrooms.

Carrots.

Corn with butter or brocolli with cheese sauce.
