write them the postive and negetive in pointsssssssssssss
Postives:
Reduced risk of heart disease
Reduced risk of hypertension
Reduced risk of elevated cholesterol
Reduced risk of diabetes
Reduced risk of kidney disease
Reduced risk of obesity
Reduced risk of prostate cancer
Reduced risk of colon cancer
Reduced risk of contracting e coli and salmonella (although not impossible due to cross-contamination)

Negatives:
None, assuming that you are taking any care to eat a varied, balanced diet
it could have both, you arnt getting all the protien you need for your body to function but its better bacause you eat more vegetables :D
It is positive as long as you make sure to get your protein from plant sources. Some people who eat seafood consider themselves vegetarian, so they have no problem. Otherwise do your homework and make sure to eat balanced before cutting out the meat. In time many people don't miss it. And red meat, in the long run, is not good for you unless it's occasional.
both, our bodies need animal protein to survive,
it could go either way...you have to be a responsible vegetarian and eat healthy foods
With good planning of your diet, only positive effects on the way!
If you are getting all the Vitamins, Protein, and Calcium you need, it has many, many positive effects. If you don't, thought, you can put yourself in danger of health scares and medical bills. Just watch the food labels and get all the stuff you need.
Posotive!

I haven't found any negatives aside from meat eaters trying to insult you. As for positives, I have more energy, feel better about myself, my cholesterol is down (my doctor actually told me she was jealous), and I lost 20 lbs the first year but gained back 10 the second. Since then I've levelled out and I'm at a healthy weight for me.
It's positive if you're eating correctly...but it can be negative if all you eat is junk food to replace meat.
I've been vegetarian for 3 and a half months now, and I've noticed that I feel more healthy and, mentally, I feel better about myself.
I make sure to get the right amount of protein so I don't become anemic, but I do not take supplements.
