A Happy Halloween, Vegan Style?!
Answers: I am sure this has been asked numerous times, but I haven't been around for awhile so I shall ask again! What is some good bulk vegan candy to pass out for Halloween treats!? I know dum dums is an option, but we havent had much luck finding others? What did my other fellow vegans buy for trick or treaters?

Drusilla---just curious what's in the taboo Jelly Belly flavors that's not acceptable?
Thanks drusilla :-)
We also pass out Halloween stickers, pencils, skull rings & other non-food goodies. Kids who we actually know, or who have particularly awesome costumes usually get a little something extra, like a slightly fancier toy. If the weather's nice, I usually have 1 or 2 of our comapnion rats on my shoulders to help greet the little ones. We also hand out informational pamplets about bat conservation. Oooh & this year we found ping-pong balls that look like eyeballs!
Goldenberg's Peanut Chews (the original) are vegan. They're kinda like Snickers.
Watch out for the PETA list, as some of the stuff they say is vegan isn't. So read your labels. Fruit leathers are vegan, but they're about 50 cents a pop. There's a candy called Mamba that's very similar to Starburst, but Mamba doesn't have gelatin in it. You get 18 pieces for about 90 cents.
