When cooking veggie "meat" like morning star farm Strips, on the grill, do you have to alter time/heat alot?!

Question: YES. Morningstar Farms products, and other "veggie" meat products are all cooked already, unlike meat. If you cook them the same amount of time as you would meat, you just dry them out because there is so much less fat in them.

They don't need to be cooked, only heated. So warm them until they're hot enough for you.

Since it's not "meat," there is nothing to be afraid of, like parasites or germs. You just need to heat it up, a grill is not needed, a microwave would be fine. If you touch it, it should be warm all the way through, not frozen in the middle. Hope I helped! =)

yes, since they're already pre-cooked. if frozen, i nuke mine in the microwave and then place it on the grill. that way it's not overdone on the outside and still cold in the middle trying to thaw and cook at the same time.
