So I got this incense from a friend and...?!

Question: My friend ordered a lot of incense and decided to give some of it to me. I did some research afterwards and discovered that some ingredients such as musk, can be from animals.
I emailed the company and so far they haven'tt gotten back to me. I did an hour's worth of research and came to the conclusion that the incense is vegan friendly and doesn't contain any animal products.
So after doing this thorough rsearch, I decided that it was okay to use the incence. (Hopefully the company will hurry and get back to me)
But what if the incense is manufactured on the same equipment of another product that contains animal product? Should it be okay to use? And have I done the right thing?

ugh incense is gross anyway but to answer your question...
if to the best of your knowledge (and you seem to have really looked into this) you believe no animal products were used then i think it's ok. If you find out there are animal products or used on the same equipment, then stop if you want to but don't feel guilty because you honestly tried to the best of your ability.

Either that or wait for them to get back to you or if in doubt just don't use it

most perfumes and incense these days are artificial essenses anyways... Dont dwell on it.. just use it. Besides.. if you think about life in general, and you enjoy going outdoors.. Incense is supposed to mimik good smells you'd smell if you went , lets say, on a walk throught the fields or woods.. If you smell a woodsy animal smell out in nature, well thats animal smells.. does it bother you?.. its nature.. so just enjoy the smell of your incense and be done with it..

Quit smoking weed in your house and you won't need to burn incense any more to cover up the pot smell.
