Answers: Lumpia & pancit noodles can be easily made vegetarian by omitting the meat or replacing it w/ tofu.

Filipino food is really good. Most that I've eaten has had pork in it.
There are certainly some Filipino dishes that could be vegetarianized- like make pancit noodles with veggies instead of meat, or make lumpia with a meat substitute.
