Going raw when im 14 and half?Will if affect my mental problems/sports?Can celtic tajes(a raw vegan) answerplz!
i have 3 queries-
1)my parents force me to play archery,rock climbing and ice skating for teams and are trying to make me take up ice hockey and bowling as well. If i go raw will it affect me sportly ina bad way. Cos i really hope it does, so the coahces kcik me out of the team? Also should i smoke as well to speed up the process?
2)ALso i have been told by my physologist that i shouldn't eat raw foods as they can affect my hysteria and physocosis(2 of my various mental ilnesses). Also i have binge eating disorder. will raw veganism help control it? bear it mind im not fat at all- i excersise for 1 hr everyday.
3)Also since i have staretd eating eggs n soy products every day i have noticed that im going thruough puberty much quiker than everyone else.What is the reason so? My diet?(i know i asked this before
Answers: Im 14 yrs old and im a ovo-veggie(eats honey and eggs and their products but no other enimal product) and im just wondering if its okay for me to go raw veganism for a month.

A raw vegan diet is beneficial in so many ways. It has a possible affect on a persons general health and well-being. Read as much as you can and ask questions [as you are already doing], then do what feels right for you.
Smoking is not cool and an unhealthy habit.
Take your physiologist dietary advise with a grain of salt.
I not sure how to answer the eating disorder, is it is in fact an eating disorder.
Sounds like you aren't enjoying the sports your parents have chosen for you? Is there a sport or two you would prefer to participate in? Why not try talking with them about changing sports activities to something you prefer.

Raw vegan foods are easy to prepare and you can do it yourself with a few simple tool. A blender is a great place to start as you can make smoothies full of the nutrients you need. There are tons of raw food blogs to help you with recipe ideas.

I'm a vegan, and I'm also planning on going raw... 14 and a half? Go for it.
It won't affect anything negativley (after all, raw foods are what we are SUPPOSED to eat naturally, right?)
You can safely be a raw vegan for the rest of your life.
If you want it to affect your performance negativley, it won't. In fact, it will do the exact opposite and it will improve your health and mental clarity.
Going raw makes mental illnesses, depression, cholesterol problems, and a wide array of other health problems diminish! You should try it, and you will feel SO much better.
- The time you go through puberty won't determine the time you'll die
- Smoking does NOT look cool, the way people look when they smoke is NASTY. Don't ever do it, it is seriously gross.
Oh, and don't listen to your psychologist when they say it will make it worse... I bet you they don't even know about the raw food diet and how it improves lifes.
They don't know EVERYTHING, you know, I honestly think it will help your mental problems!
Firstly "does smoking make you look cool?", its strange your mature enough to decide to become vegan but immature enough to ask a question like that. No, it does not make you look cool, but I think you knew that already.
At the end of the day, do what you think is right for you, stop the sport if you dont want to do it and your physologist doesn't know everything. And I hope your various mental illnesses sort themselves out.

All 4 of my Granddaughters are Veggies. 3 Mostly do Raw like their Mother(my daughter). Raw id\s eatting 75-85% of your daily food intake as Raw with the balanced as cooked. This way grains, legumes & things that needed to be cooked still can be consumed.
Example dinner last night: Huge fresh made salad( 2 1/2 cups) Romaine, Spinach, Cukes, Avocado,Carrots, artichoke hearts, grape tomatoes, homemade Gluten free croutons, Large bowl of homemade Lentil stew.(Red & Green Lentils cooked in a veggie broth with carrots, celery, onion & garlic)
ALL the rest of my food yesterday was RAW. Fruit Nuts, Salads. I use LaraBars as snacks when I need too.

Physiologists are evil. Just as him/her for more meddies and take twice as much as told to. This will help you to avoid your sports activities, and it will also put you into the proper mental state -- you can stare at the wall for hours.
If you really don't want to participate in these sports, here's what you do: when you are doing rock climbing, just FALL. When you hit the ground, you will likely break something, then you won't have to do it any more. Simple.
For food, eat this: chips, pop, cheese doodles, candy, chocolate bars, anything deep fried, anything with unidentifiable ingredients, and eat a lot. Sit on the couch and never move off of it. Do as little exercise as possible. Bacon, eggs, cheap ground beef -- the cheaper the better... eat it all.
