Easy veggie soup (veggie bullion, frozen veggies, onion powder, garlic powder, salt/pepper, and dried vegan pasta-put water in a pot, add all ingredients, boil until pasta is cooked).

I eat a LOT of instant mashed potatoes with veggie broth when I'm sick. Add frozen veggies and microwave if you want to add extra nutrition.

I also browse the co-op/natural food store's frozen food section for pot pies and vegan tv dinners.

Drink a lot of juice, try it hot, add a little cinnamon and nutmeg. I hope you feel better.

Amy's No Chicken Noodle soup. I ate that last week when I had a cold!

Buy a tin of frozen lasagna and pig out.

Chili!

Annie Chun's Udon Noodle Soup is vegan. You just have to empty the little packets of noodles, veggies, and soup mix into the bowl, add water, and microwave for a minute.

And no matter what's making me feel crummy, a Russet potato, nuked, and slathered with Earth Balance always makes me feel better.

I drink lots of Naked Power C when I'm sick, as it has tons of vitamin C.

I like 7-up and something warm to eat! Try it and I hope you feel better!!!
