Have chicken or beef fat
Only Top Ramen Brand Oriental flavor is vegan

Servings: 2-4

2 packages Oriental Ramen Noodles, with seasoning packets

1 cup frozen peas and carrots

2 eggs

1 to 2 teaspoons oil

2 to 3 tablespoons soy sauce

Cook noodles in water according to package directions and drain. Add seasoning packets.

Heat peas and carrots in microwave until heated through and add to warm noodles.

In a frying pan, fry eggs in oil; break yolk and cook until hard, flipping occasionally. Cut eggs into pieces. Stir into noodle mixture.

Sprinkle soy sauce over top and stir together, adding more if necessary.

mix the ramen noodle with different vegetables it is great!!!!

Onions, garlic, pepper sauce, soy sauce and any meat flavored ramen.

It's great with thinly sliced chinese or napa cabbage. Add chunks of firm tofu. Sprinkle with sliced green onion just before serving.

i just throw in some steamed broccoli and sliced carrots with the oriental flavor (read the package though, some brands use beef broth in their flavor packet). its quick, tasty, and filling!

dont use the sauce packet it has meat fat.melt cheese slices in it it taste great

Thai Salad

2 packages Ramen noodles – crushed – do not use seasoning packet
? cup sunflower seeds
? cup slivered almonds
? cup (I stick) butter/margarine
Sauté all above until golden, set aside to cool

Chop 1 head Napa cabbage
Chop 1 bunch green onions

Dressing: Mix together:
1 cup oil
1 cup sugar
? cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Combine all ingredients just before serving

I suggest you branch out and try rice noodle (the flat one) and try soba noodle and try the fat udon noodles - these all dont have egg so are vegan.
Try to make sure your dried noodles are 'non fried' (it will say it on the packet if they are non fried) so they are healthier and the little packets are mostly full of msg.
Annie Chuns and Thai Kitchen are good vegetarian brands of instant noodles.
I love to throw in some broccoli and quorn or fried tofu.
I love love love to make soup noodles and encourage you to try a soup noodle recipe. (nothing to do with a chicken noodle style soup) - asian style is what you want.

I skip the seasoning and add butter and garlic salt to it.
Or just put in soy sauce.

u spelled ramen wrong. get some bokchoy and peas and boil them. add some of that yummy spicy powder from packet into broth. when finished add another dusting of spices.

In my poorer days, I mixed ramen noodles (no flavor packet) with salsa.

i usually throw away the seasoing packat.
i cook vegetables ( green pepper, carrot,cabagge, soy beans) and add salt and pepper.
then add boiled noodles. ( make sure you drain hot water beforehand)
add worceter sauce, and a little ketchup.

yep it's chinese Lo Mein!!
