I just went to the store yesterday and here is what my list looked like (this isn't complete as I will do another trip tomorrow).
Tofu--I like keeping at least two different kinds on hand (soft, firm or extra firm or silken) I use more firm than anything else
Celery
Carrots
Onions
Romaine lettuce
Tomatoes
Bread (a local bakery sells bread at certain local grocery stores and some of theirs are vegan)
Milk--I keep all kinds on hand because they have a long shelf life and last 7-10 days after opening. So far I have 8th Continent vanilla & chocolate and Soy Dream plain (I use rice milk and next week I want to try Hazelnut milk)
Vegan sliced cheese for sandwiches
Light Life smoked turkey (faux meat) for sandwiches
Brown rice
Pinto & navy beans
Shell noodles & spaghetti noodles
Vegetable broth
Bananas
Orange juice
Silva's no salt added tortilla chips
Green tea
Canned tomatoes (diced & sauce) no salt added
Canned asparagus & peas
Baking soda (not Arm & Hammer, that company still using animal testing)
Apple cider vinegar
Blue Bonnet lite margarine
Like I said this is just a few things, I go to the grocery store once or twice a week. I like to always keep garlic and olive oil on hand.
Milk, juice, butter, bread, tea, vegies.
chex mix, green grapes, goldfish!! WOOT my fav things =]
Bread, soy milk, cheese, tortillas, ready to eat beans, veggies, veggie burgers and hot dogs and cheese pizza
Tempeh/Tofu
Lots of veggies (yummy!)
Fruits - avocado, apples, strawberries, etc.
granola
yogurt
cereal (Kashi go lean crunch is really good)
Dog treats
Beer/Alcohol
Hmmm...oh, stuff to make pizza/pasta/etc...
stuff to make home made garlic bread w/real organic garlic
(Note, 99% of everything i buy is organic)
