What are your favorite vegetarian Thanksgiving recipes?!

Question: I've made this for years and now that I'm vegan I can still enjoy it! I buy fresh cranberries and on the back of the package are instructions for cooking them. This year I'll substitute the sugar with vegan sugar (found the brand 365 @ whole foods) and then I use orange juice for a portion of the water (I can't remember the exact portions, but use 1/2 oj and 1/2 water), add about 1/4 cup pecan pieces (per package) and cook till done. That's one thing I like about making this, it lets you know when it's finished cooking. Serve chilled or warm

tofu stuffed cabbage

They're an appetizer. Mini sandwiches (I can never spell that).
You take little rolls, or whatever you like, and put a few baby spinache leaves on it, spread the bread with garden vege. cream cheese, layer a few slices of turkey, and spread on a little cranberry chutney or sauce. They're pretty good and easy.

oops, I didnt see the vegetarian part. I guess you can use something besides turkey.

I like mashed potatoe sandwiches. I understand if others don't. ;)

My Grandma's baked beans. I'm not exactly sure how she does it, but it's got garlic and onion powder (I think) and she slow cooks them in an old family crock. Man oh man...

recipe:

corn
potatoes
cabbage
carrots
soybean based protein products

1. feed the above mixture to a turkey for about 1 year.

2. Eat the damn turkey
