try reading this veggie page about protien, it may help you, it lists good sources and explains how much we should have and why we need it:

http://www.vegsoc.org/info/protein.html

TOFU
u can make a smoothie and just add the tofu
u don't even have to cook it and u will not taste it
it has lots of protein and it makes u feel good too

Protein bars and Shakes.
I know the shakes are nasty but some people like them
Protein bars are GREAT!
I am a Vegetarian cheerleader and they give me sooooo much energy!
So good luck!

milk , soya bean product like tofu ( beancurd)peanut butter sandwich, wheat and cereals and pulses, vegetables..... the above three are complete protiens....

i am also a vegetarian....i lik to eat foods from morning star farms....they are high in protein...check out the website...u can buy the products from winn dixie and some products at walmart

tofu, tempe (cultured soybeans), lentils, mushrooms, gluten...
Beans: Mung beans, kidney beans, garbanzo beans (chick peas), soy beans, lots of them.
Dairy products: Milk, cheese, butter, goat cheese, etc.

I don't know what level of vegetarianism you are but, I think weigh protein that body builders use are from milk fats. Not sure please double check. I don't want to get into a philosophical debate here but, you eat eggs so, I presume dairy products are ok. So how about fish eggs? Healthy, full of omega-3 and protein. How about fish?

For some really good recipies for veg stuff look at some asian, mediteranian, third world country style cooking. For economic reasons, there are millions of vegetarians there. They have some of the best and delicious vegetarian meals you can imagine. Indian food is good and healthy, but a little bit too spicy for me. Thai salad, Indonesian gado-gado, even mexican and italian food, lots of good and tasty vegetarian dishes.

I also just became a vegetarian.
I suggest Tofu, I cook mine up in a pan with butter and garlic,
or sumtimes terriakyi sauce.A single serving of tofu has around 7grams of protein in it.

Also,I buy a brand called Fantastic world foods.
Its a mix that you make for pattys or sandwiches.
They come in mixes of vegetarian sloppy joes, burgers,
taco meat, and much more.A sinsle serving of These include
around 8grams of protein.

I also suggest a brand called Smart Start.
They have meatless hotdogs,sausages,and chilli.

Hope This Helps.

I make a killer Vegatarian Chile..and it has the vegetarian ground beef from morning star...and beans so it is loaded with protein..and it makes alot ..so you can eat it for a couple days..or put it on tortillas and make tacos with cheese it is really good.. i can give you the recipe...

tofu. slice it, marinate it in whatever sounds good, and fry it.
Or, put it in a smoothie or something.

spinach :D yummy!

baby spinach in an egg-white ommlet with cheese (say 1 yolk and 3 whites)
VERY nice and high in protene
