How do you get all of your Vitamins??!
What do you guys suggest? I take a Multi Vitamin & a Cal,Mag,Pot Vitamin Twice a day also.
What else will help me so I don't feel weak b/c of lack of Fatty Foods.
Answers: By No means am I a Vegan BUT I am on a very Strict Diet (lost 20lbs) I am 10 lbs away from my goal... and lately I haven't been feeling the best. My Muscles are aching, head always hurts, I was getting charlie horses at night.

You can get all the vitamins and minerals you need by eating a wide variety of whole foods. You should by no means be attempting to cut fat out of your diet completely. Your body requires fat to function normally; opt for heart healthy fats like olive oil, avocados, and flax oil. It really sounds as if your diet is far too restrictive if you are feeling that poorly. If you are restricting your calories too severely you are doing yourself and your metabolism a disservice - you may lose weight in the short term but program your body to store more fat because it thinks it is facing starvation. As someone else mentioned, you may be dehydrated.
So, you are trying to lose weight?
Exercise. That's the answer.
Exercise and eat more.
If you lose weight through dieting, you will alter your metabolism... you will teach your body to store more food the next time you eat. Thus, you will gain more fat than before. Through exercise, you will teach your body to use your food as fuel instead of storing it as fat. Simple.
I eat food for my vitamins, I suggest you do the same.
Vitamins are a joke -- a big profitable joke.
You want to consume good fats and get rid of the bad fats (animal fats, hydrogenated, processed, etc.). Extra virgin olive oil, flax, sesame, hemp, etc. etc. If you are feeling weak, you probably are lacking energy. Eat more. Lots of fresh fruits. Vegetables. Grains. Legumes. Beans........

If you are getting leg cramps, you may need more potassium.

from fruits and vegetables....

Sounds like dehydration; are you getting enough good water?
If you've given up on fatty foods vitamins aren't the issue here. If you eat a varied selection of fruit and veg then you should be fine.
If you're trying to lose weight then the answer is to do more exercise. You still need protein though so eat lots of nuts, seeds, beans and wholegrain pasta/bread/rice.
Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables.
This is the vegetarian and vegan section. We cannot help with people who go on resrictive (and probably unhealthy) diets to lose weight, as our lifestyles are dedicated to health. I've been vegan since conception and have never had to take a vitamin. Maybe you should move your question to the diet section.
