It sounds good, but the mushrooms and the bread are repetitive in your plan. Try fried mushrooms at the beginning -and maybe leave them out of the lasagna? Or perhaps do the salad with croutons and serve a nice soup in a bread bowl? Just a thought. Nice bit of effort on your part, regardless. Have a nice time.
