For vegans only...?!

Question: Are you allowed to eat an animal that died naturally? Say... a dolphin that swam to close to the propellers?

Answers: Are you allowed to eat an animal that died naturally? Say... a dolphin that swam to close to the propellers?

NO! EEWWWWWWW

NO! thats sad... even if it died naturally!

NO.

Vegans do not consume anything which comes from an animal. Period.

lol, yup, totally natural.

If you aren't joking, I am sooo sorry for you. Hopefully, there is a foundation somewhere who can help you.

Nope, you are still consuming an animal regardless of the fact that it died naturally. If you were a vegan I think you would know this.

It all depends on what you think a vegan should eat, although MOST vegans would say "No it is still an animal", others might say go for it. Do what you think is vegan.

NO! not at all! god that's so sick!

i think you're missing the whole point of what a "vegan" is

and how is it natural for a dolphin to die from a propeller!

HELL NO !!!! that would be wrong and just plain disgusting

An animal is an animal.

I don't like meat. When I was a kid my parents even put me on a all meat menu for two days.

The doctor told them " When the boy is hungry enough, he will eat." After two days with no food--I got vegetables back on my plate.

just because an animal dies naturally doesn't mean it magically becomes good for you. Animal flesh has cholesterol and saturated fats and can contribute to disease. No thanks. Eating animals is barbaric and gross no matter how you slice it (or them).

No. That would make me a scavenger. Naturally dead meat is carrion.

A dolphin (or manatee) that got too close to a propeller didn't die a natural death--in your hypothetical situation, the dolphin would be killed by human carelessness at best.

I would not eat an animal that truly died of natural causes because it likely would be diseased (not that the meat that is killed for you isn't). That's just disgusting.

Vegans don't eat dead animals, no matter how they came to be that way. For most of us, Suffering+Pain+Death = Not Appetizing, to say the least.

As a side note, dying by boat propeller isn't exactly a natural way to go.

No... would you eat a human if it died of natural causes? I don't see anything that has emotions and can feel pain as a type of food, regardless of how it died.

No, not even if it begged me to eat it before it committed suicide.

Would you eat your grandma if she fell down the stairs and died?

If someone eats any animal flesh/parts, even if they are chocolate covered ants, they aren't even vegetarian.

Vegans are "allowed" to do whatever they want. Veganism is a choice, not a forced restriction.

I'm "allowed" to eat whatever I want. I choose not to eat animals because I think it's disgusting and wrong. You can have my share of the roadkill.

Nope. Eat a dead animal become a dead animal. Karma in action.

yep! actaully you can eat one that you kill too.
