Animal Testing ?!

Question: Do you know if Biore tests on animals? I currently use St. Ives because they don't test on animals...but I was wondering if Biore does, cause I like their pore strips.

Biore does not, but their parent company Andrew Jergens doesn't take a stance on it, last I knew.

They've tested animals and found them to be infinitely more intelligent than any vegan or vegetarian on the V&V forum.

I think they do. Not 100% sure. Biore is owned by a Japanese corporation so getting the real facts is kind of hard. You can email them. If they don't get back to you, you can assume they are avoiding your question because they do animal testing. Nivea is a company that does not test on animals, but they do not write it on their products. It's all kind of confusing.

I'm not a fan of PETA but you can go to www.PETA.com and look around in their site. They have a link to a really good list of companies that do and do not test products on animals. FYI just because a label says the product was not tested on animals does not mean that the company doesn't test. It just means that the final product was not tested on animals, but every ingredient that is in that product could have been tested. The list from PETA will tell you if they test this way.
