Jack-in-the-Box 'Beef' taco real meat or soy?!
Answers: I heard that the tacos that they serve at Jack-in-the-Box aren't real meat. They are soy-based. Can anyone confirm this?
Pretty much all fast food has some soy filler ingredients in it. The Jack in the Box tacos are a combination of beef and soy. Mostly it is junk soy oil and hydrolyzed soy. Helps them make more money I guess.

If you check with Burger King, McDonalds, Carl's Jr. etc... they all use it as a filler/binder agent. Although I think McDonalds may use less of it, and In And Out probably very little.
Real meat
My friend works there i asked him
call jack in the box corporate head quarters and ask, BUT in the late 70's early 80's not sure of the year,.. jack in the box was fined by the FDA for selling kangaroo and horse meat in place of the beef they claimed they were selling.
It surely seems like soy, but I've heard from many people it's actually real mean.
Jack In The Box's meat is meat. Taco Bell is 60 % soy.
you know most of the fast food places like jack-in-the-box, Mc. donalds, ect. Have about 50% meat in them. the rest is stuff you don't even want to know about.... so yes they are but not fully and maybe they have some soy product in the meat.... YOU NEVER KNOW
It is listed as a BEEF Taco. If it was Soy It would say so. Many people are allergic to Soy & need to know this info.
Jack in the box is beef not soy. I called them to verify. Not good for vegetarians.
