What kinds of food should I consume ?!
Now this is my eating schedule
Morning - Oat meal ( with water )
in about an hour or two -a Turkey sandwich with tomato , pepper
then i guess by Evening , lil bit or rice with some chicken or fish
Work out time / Running / Push up's /Sit up's / Biceps
when I come back i have half of a turkey sandwich
but i hear that As i lose weight i need to eat less , but i dn't understand because , i almost "did " , i repeat " did " lose all of my weight , but i didn't know what to do with my diet . Plus I had an injury on my right leg .
So i fell of the wagon , wasn't able to pick myself up , till yesterday , Now i am back . but this diet thing is confusing me , What should I do ?

I think you should not starve yourself :/ as it will convince your body to hoard more fat for energy.
i suggest eating a balanced diet thats rich in fresh whole foods.
a mix of Vegetables, Fruits, Legumes, Grains, Nuts and Seeds.
lowering your intake of refined carbohydrates, sugars, and saturated fats to as little as possible will go a long way to helping fat loss.
i suggest cardio, running and swimming are great for burning fat.
i think a sustainable eating plan that keeps a person lean is much better than a diet because you never put the weight back on.
i followed ori holfmekers advice, if your interested you can check his site out, he has very good books that are researched well, and he himself follows the eating plans too, i want to look like he does :/
the site is http://www.warriordiet.com
Good Luck : )
Well, you posted this in a vegan/vegetarian thread, nobody here eats meat and you'll probably just get tons of feedback about that. You must be in a REAL hurry or something...
