Answers: And how would u get all the vitamins you need. How can u eat that much vegetables and fruit?
Living without meat and dairy products is a great thing and actually is proven that without milk you get stronger bones and meat you will stay at a healthy weight for your height.
I eat stuff like Boca meat. It tastes like meat but is meatless. Veggie springs rolls, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, practically anything without meat a dairy products. And look at the back of some things like Jello they use Animal Bones.
Etc.

-rice
-cuties ice cream
Also go to your grocery store and ask them where the vegetarian isle and they will show you a selection of food.

You can also eat beans, sprouts, grains, olives...the list goes on. And take a multivitamin.
OMG i could never kill defenseless plants and eat their offspring.....omg...the thought of that brutality just made me throw up a little in my mouth... eating infant and unborn plants ....omg the humanity
Take vitamin pills and eat wheat, fruit, veggies, and all that healthy stuff
u could take a vitamin b tablet
but u will get all the vitamins and minerals u need
being vegan is great - it's the best thing i ever did
beef, chicken, pork, lamb, thats what i eat and so tasty. give it a try!
i'd prefer to have bean sprouts, cauliflower and potatoes..

take vitamins like ones for iron because if you dont you can become enemic
Liquid Iron? It's good stuff..
And eat loads of beans and nuts and seeds.

Coconut milk, Beans, Veggies, Fruits, Seeds, grains, greens, Tomatos.. Beets.. Fruit has acid it aids the burning process in the body. It's easy to eat plenty of fruit when one don't eat meat!
Actually if you want to quit eating meat just grab an apple or banana when you have the urge to eat meat. I ate 4 bananas, 3 apples and a few perogies (no meat) today! Also had 2 coffee!
