12 ounces would be roughly equivalent to 4 pieces of fish, each about the size of a deck of cards. You don't need to eat them all at once, or even all the same type. You can have tuna sandwiches one day, grilled salmon the next, etc., or even alternate days. Just get that amount in per week, is all your doctor's asking.

Fish is delicious!! You must not be cooking it right, experiment with it. Try baking it, frying it, tossing it in a salad, add some sauce with it, batter it, poach it, ahhh man there is so much you could do. Just try : )

This website is good, I get lots of recipes from it. www.bbc.co.uk/food

It is doctors orders after all and doctors know what they're talking about x

Fish should not taste fishy. If it does, it's bad. Find some fish like Orange Roughy and bake it with your favorite seasonings. Someone once told me to put fish on a bed of onions, peppers, etc...
Good Luck.
Can't you take fish oil instead? If you do, take it on a full stomach or take it frozen.

Could you please restructure your question in an understandable form of English?

12 oz of fish in one week is not much. I don't know where the feet come into play. That's the weirdest thing I've ever heard of.

An ounce (oz) is a measure of weight, not size. A quater pound hamburger from McDonalds is 4 oz... I'm sure you could eat the equivalent of 3 hamburger patties in a week.

Try the Blue Water frozen fish fillets. I like the Garlic Butter one the best. Or try Highline's Healthy Bake breaded fish.

Both very tasty, properly portioned, and easy to cook. You just pop 'em in the oven.
