Healthy is subjective, but I'll give it a shot.
Let's see...
Meals #1 and #2 and #3
I just discovered this after they were giving out samples the other day.
1 bag brown rice pasta spirals
2 jars bruschetta
1 can sliced olives
1 can artichoke hearts
Cook the pasta (dont overcook or it gets slimy) and then toss with the rest of the ingredients. YUMMY!
OR
1/2 bag brown rice pasta spaghetti noodles
1 jar artichoke pesto
2 Tofurkey sausages chopped into tiny pieces and heated
Toss with the hot, drained pasta
OR
vegetables marsala burger (from frozen foods)...mmm...cooked up so it's crispy around the edges with sliced tomato, onion, and mustard on a sproutd grain bun (which you can sometimes find at TJ's but they've been so unreliable I've taken to buying directly from www.foodforlife.com (you have to call and you have to buy a case at a time) and some of the Hawaiian style bbq chips on the side
I would serve on the side of any of the above meals a lovely green salad using any of produce selections you want and drizzled with goddess dressing. Mmm goddess dressing!
Meal #4
Slice up some fresh peppers and onions and get them sizzling hot with some of the frozen roasted corn and a little olive oil. Add whatever taco seasonings you usually use. Make guacamole using the "guacamole kit" you'll find in the producde section. Open u pa jar of double roasted salsa. Heat up some of the "truly handmade" corn tortillas (best tortillas you can buy). Heat up a can of refried black beans. Have a fajita party!
Meal #5
The veggie fried rice from the frozen section is seriously incredible. Serve it with a spinach salad tossed with TJ's spicy peanut vinaigrette and red onion.
their smoky peach salsa is awesome - i can eat a whole jar just with anything i can find to put it on.
for meals, i like their curry tuna which comes in packets (the green is my favorite) and you can mix that with some snow peas or broccoli or bell peppers - or all of those - and serve over brown rice.
i buy their frozen indian burgers in the vegetarian section - they taste kind of like potato pancakes with spices and they're good with veggies and maybe a little chutney on top.
their olive hummus is awesome.
all of their veggies are good and i usually buy a few different things every week and make stir frys like crazy.
also, i like their organic basil tomato marinara on the pasta they have - the fresh kind.
OMG i shop their every week.
BUT be warned that their soy chesse isn't vegetarian/vegan
I love getting the humus, eggplant, soy milk
But you must try their MEATLESS meatballs.
