Ok, I took the seitan plunge...I have two seitan turkey roasts in the oven ..Bryanna Grogan recipe from vegweb!

Question: Has anyone tried this? I doubled the recipe, because it is very time consuming to make it (maybe can freeze some for later). She says it is better chilled and re-heated anyways.

Then I was thinking of taking this recipe for seitan turkey and making this "seitan turkey and dressing" covered in pastry to look like a turkey.

It looks tasty...don't you think? Just very time consuming between the two recipes...

I haven't tried that specific recipe, but seitan is one of my favorite things on the planet. You'll never be the same again. If you have too much, you can send the leftovers my way. Enjoy!
