Anyone have a good vegan pizza sauce recipe?!

Question: We're going to make pizzas tonight. Last time I used some leftover spaghetti sauce (red sauce with TVP) and it was okay, but it lacked zip somehow. What are your special ingredients? Thanks in advance for the help!

You could try any of these:

Pizza Sauce
1 8-oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 of a 6-oz. can tomato paste
1 small clove garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon or 1 teaspoon oregano (as you prefer)

Mix all ingredients together. Let stand for a while to blend flavors.
Makes enough sauce for one 14-inch pizza.

They have the whole pizza recipe on the website:

2-3 cloves garlic, crushed
? tsp each dried basil, oregano & thyme
200ml passata
1 tbsp sun-dried tomato purée (optional)
salt and pepper to taste

Heat the oil then add the garlic and herbs. Cook for no more than 30 seconds then add the passata and stir well. Add the sun-dried tomato purée if using and the seasonings. Remove from heat, allow to cool a little then spread evenly over the 2 bases.

Basic sauce 2
2 tbsp olive oil
1-2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
? tsp each dried basil, oregano & thyme
3-4 ripe tomatoes, finely chopped
pinch of sugar
salt and pepper to taste

Heat the oil then add the garlic and herbs. Cook for no more than 30 seconds then add the tomatoes, stir well and add the seasonings. Cook till the tomatoes are pulpy then remove from heat, allow to cool a little then spread evenly over the 2 bases.

Add garlic and oregano.

Saute 4 smashed and finely chopped cloves of garlic in olive oil. Add a can of tomato puree. Then some Oregano, lots of basil, tsp of salt, tbs of sugar, onion powder, 1/4 cup of wine. Let simmer 2 hours stirring every 15 min.
Done.
