Advice on buying a sprouter?!

Question: I have a cheapie plastic sprouter which the seeds clog, producing poor results. I want to buy a top of the line sprouter, but have no idea which brand is best. If it is electric it has to be 220v, as I live in Germany. Any help from you experts would be appreciated.
