Does anyone know any good vegetarian books?!
Answers: I've decided to give up meat but before I do I would like to read more about suppliments etc before I do. Can anyone recommend me some good books about them?
not a book but there is a great site called veganfashion101.blogspot.com and you can request something such as a recipe and the owner will look it up for you and email you the answer also there are pros and cons available as well as great ways to stay safe while being a meat eater it is better than a book
madhur jaffreys wolrd vegetarian cookery. it's not about nutrition but has amazing recipes
I would like to second the previous responders recommendation of Madhur Jaffery's cookbook. It's very good. I cook out of it often.

it has some good receipes in it
Sanjay Kapoor's vegetarian recipe books are excellent !! Mostly Indian dishes though .
"Becoming Vegetarian" by Brenda Davis and Vesanto Melina is a comprehensive coverage of vegetarian nutrition. It's less about supplements than about eating a balanced diet so you don't need supplements.
Rose Elliott is a good Author. Why not try the following websites. Good luck !
Moosewood cookbooks are excellent. They use a lot of everyday kitchen items. You have to be careful of that when you buy vegetarian cookbooks, some have huge ingredient lists with lots of specialty items.
Also watch out for cookbooks that confuse low-fat with vegetarian. I personally don't need low-fat recipes, and it's irritating to read a cookbook full of "low-fat sour cream" and "low-fat party skim mozzarella" etc.
It doesn't have much on supplements, but "Skinny B!tch" by Kim Barnouin and Rory Friedman is a fun read--and has a list of packaged vegan foods at the back.
