Which is better Vanilla Silk Soy Milk or Vanilla Rice Dream?!

Question: Give a reason why, please.

Answers: Give a reason why, please.

I am a former chef, diabetic and vegetarian, and I use both, I like the rice dream for cereals and in baking, and the soya milk for coffee and sometimes in cooking like a diabetic egg white custard.

I have read the ingredients and nutritional breakdowns for both and fundementally they balance out the same, some people are not fond of the taste, they should try the Mexican Horchata, it is a rice based drink with out dairy, and is fruit flavoured to.

I think it all comes down to a matter of taste, I like the strawberry and carob ones, I am not into the chocolate, and have had mango and berry flavoured soya drinks.

I prefer vanilla silk.
Try then both and see which you prefer.

Vanilla Silk Soy Milk all the way!! I think it tastes less chalky

Vanilla Silk..
i drink it every morning..
it fills..and it tastes very good!

I like both products. However I found that the rice milk is not a thick as soy milk, so it is better in cereal and for drinking. I like to use the soy milk when I make oatmeal, etc where the fact that it is thick does not matter.

It is really a personal preference. I would advise you to try both and decide.

Very Vanilla Silk

vanilla silk soy milk is better. rice dream tastes like dirt. but check them out for yourself. you may like it.
