I would say most of the calories came from the bread because most of those wraps contain only a thin smattering of hummus.
I'd say about 200 calories total. Not a lot. Maybe 300 if it was oozing with hummus.

I am a former chef and love to make hummus, it all depends on if they made it and if is was a bought product, traditionally, it is simply cooked (canned or precooked) chickpeas, tahini, fresh garlic (and for me the more the merrier, I also use roasted garlic for flavour, 3 heads sometimes), Olive oil or a combo of it and veg oil, lemon juice and seasoning, I like some spice so I either add a bit of cayenne, or a roasted jalapeno.

You can make a diet friendly version, so to say exactly it is hard, hummus is high in protein, fiber, vitamins and iron is a good source of minerals, and has alot of complex carbs to fill you up with out having to eat loads, check with the place you got it, so you can be more informed.

I use it when I make Falafel, and like you as a dressing when making a veggie pita, I add lettuces, tomatos, onions, peppers and soya cheese, I lke it warm or cold.
