I workout & want to gain muscle mass, need lots of protein question..?!
But I am going to go with 200 grams...
I am already eating lots of nuts and beans. And I take a soy portien supplement twice a day which has 30 g per serveing.
I need advice on other vegan friendly foods.

I am no body builder and not trying to bulk up, but I believe you should incorporate potatoes and pasta into your diet also.
Maybe some down at the gym can hook you up with a personal trainer that can see what you need to add to your diet, working side by side with your exercise regimen?

you can reduce your carbohydrates and increase your proteins.
quinoa is magic stuff at about 12% protein with all amino acids accounted for.
