Question: Ultimate salad- which is sundried tomatoes, seasoned almonds, capers, crutons and feta cheese. Oddly enough I pare this with a toasted sesame dressing. It's so good you'll end up eating thiss all the time.

Scrambled tofu and baked beans on toast.

Roasted cashew and pine nut salad.

black beans, rice, and black olives enchiladas.

make the rice. add black beans, black olives, whatever you want. throw them in some torillas (they wrap really well if you warm them on the stove) and throw sauce on them, cover in foil, bake for 20 minutes. i always throw a ton of fixin's on them too like lettuce, salsa, etc.

it takes about 30 minutes total and is by far the biggest hit that i make. everyone loves them!

all type of salads,kheers,adais

Carrots.

Pasta and sauce.

Olive oil
2 - 3 cloves of garlic (sliced or chopped
1 -2 tins of diced tomatos
Basil or mixed Italian herbs ( oregano, parsley) fresh or jar or tube.
Salt and Pepper
Pasta (any shape)

* Start cooking pasta
* Saute garlic in olive oil
* Throw in Herbs or Basil
* Stir in tinned tomatos
* Season with salt and pepper
(if need after tasting, you might want to add a bit of tomato sauce for sweetness

Voila! Vegetarian pasta, top with grated cheese of your choice, Parmesan, tasty, soy cheese.

If you have left over sauce it tastes better the next day.

You can add any other vegetables you like into this, it just takes more simmering to cook everything. This is a Jamie Oliver recipe and I use it all the time. Enjoy!
