Try making a stir fry! You can put bamboo shoots, baby corn, tofu, mushrooms, noddles, greenbeans, soysauce, your favorite herbs, and some other veggies you might like.

This is what i do.... and it is quite healthy!

I take carrot shavings, bean sprouts, green beans, water chessnuts, bamboo shoots, tofu, broccoli, baby corn, mushrooms, and cabage chop it up, put it in a scillet, let simmer in about 1 tablespoon butter/olive oil til' everything it almosr done cooking. At this point i put some soysauce and herbs with what ever else i would like in it...... enjoy!!

I don't think they are supposed to be eaten 'raw' out of the can. Stir fry them first, maybe with a little soy sauce.

They are good for you, but they also have bad properties in them, so too much is bad. Really, my wife says so (she's Chinese).
