Where can I buy a vegan birthday cake from?!
Answers: Actually, the best way to do that is make it yourself. You can get the recipe online and decorate it the way you want!
The vegan supermarket of course!
The problem with a baked product is that the baking involves animal decay products. Gas is a product of animal decay and unless the bakery can demonstrate that they use only wood to heat with, you are using the products of animals.
Also if you use electricity in certain areas it too is a power source fueled by gas and coal and other animal decay.
I would agree with the person who said make it yourself. My sister had a vegan wedding cake that her friend made, just from a recipe found online. It was SOOO good, too.
If you feel creative, you could bake one yourself. You can use any recipe. Substitute E-nerge Egg Replacer for the eggs and if the recipe calls for milk use soy milk instead. Replace the butter with Earth Balance Buttery Sticks and for the icing use organic powdered sugar.
