Because this diet is full of grains, seeds, vegetables, nuts, fruits and legumes it is full of nutrients, fiber, vitamins and minerals that help ward off disease.

Here is a list of health benefits that you can enjoy:

1. Minimizes the risk of coronary heart disease

2. Reduces the risk of high blood pressure

3. Lowers cholesterol

4. Lowers body weight and reduces the risk of obesity

5. Minimizes the risk of certain types of cancer such as colon and breast cancer

6. Lowers the risk of digestive disorders

7. Increases Longevity (Who doesn't want a longer life?!)

A vegetarian (like me) is someone who understands nature and cares. He knows about suffering and pain. He knows what it feels like to be kept in a mill with a thousand other humans being over-fed and knowing that they are giving you food so they can kill you. The reasons for going vegetarian : one would be religious beliefs or love for animals. In my case it's love for animals.
Benefits :
1. Not causing suffering and pain to the animals.
2. You do lose weight, that's for sure.
3. There is less risk of disease.
4. Metabolism rate goes up.
If you could save just one life (actually about a hundred) by going vegetrian, why not?
And people who say "why did god make chicken so tasty?" or "when I ate it, it was dead" are so not cool.

Translation for Chromey: To pick up chicks.

Go Vegetarian for the animals, the environment and your health!!

none.... lose all possibilities of eating anything good i guess.
