What should i expect when i become vegetarian?!

Question: I already am a vegetarian, but what should i expect down the road? I've been a non-meat eater for about a week now. And i know not to expect anything to happen in that amount of time, but what will happen to me regarding my health, and body?

you will lose the weight that you have been wishing to lose since last x-mas, lol, and you will feel great. your hair will get shinier, your skin softer, your nails stronger, and you will have less digestion problems, cuz ya know what, every one needs to face it, omnivores are filling there intestines with dead animal flesh ( and those who eat pork skins and spam, I wont even go there, that is just to sick). it actually rots in your colon. so , lets see, you will have better times in the bathroom, i can assure you!!

LOL

well, good luck.!!

p.s. dont cheat, it will make you sick , i swear!!!

hunger pains, followed by anemia

It all depends on how you are eating as a vegetarian. Be sure you are eating the proper amount of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, etc. Some people think that becoming vegetarian means just cutting out meat, but you need to be eating a wide variety of of nutritious foods.

If you are eating properly you will begin to feel healthier. You may lose weight(if your diet is better than it was before). Overall your energy may be better since you are eating fresher more nutritious foods.

The key is eating nutritious foods. You can't live on veggie burgers and other prepackaged foods and expect to feel healthier. The food you eat should be fresh and packed with vitamins and minerals that your body needs.

If you are a teen, you will probably experience a lot of health problems, possibly digestive problems, and problems with your growth, hormones, etc. As an adult, these are less pronounced, but make sure you are under a doctor's care. The biggest problems are with anemia, skin not being in good shape, looking sickly and pale...

Long term physical problems from not getting a good foundational diet. Social problems when going out unless you confine yourself exclusively to the veggie head crowd.

You really should Google "Flexitarian Diets" an check out the websites. Flexitarian vegetarianism and flexitarian veganism is growing faster than either old style vegetarianism or old style veganism in modern countries. It's a sane way to have a moderate well-balanced diet and still have a normal life.

at first possibly a lack in vitamins, it's all about finding the right vegetarian products. I suggest Boca. lots of soy-meat products that will old you down. When I first started it was hard for me to since I was a big meat eater. If you feel that if you are getting a lack of nutrition try taking vitamins until you get your land legs.

Unless you go with a flexetarian vegetarian/vegan diet, you can expect weight loss, hair loss and a very sick look about you.

Socially you'll be an outcast.
