Vegan Thanksgiving?!

Question: What will be on your vegan Thanksgiving table?

Answers: What will be on your vegan Thanksgiving table?

roast corn on the cob
baked sweet potatoes
pumpkin bread with walnuts
green salad
wild rice
cranberry relish
apple pie

you really don't need meat to make a traditional Thanksgiving meal. :)

Well, here we already had Thanksgiving in October and we had:
- Turkey for mum, dad and my sister's fiancee
- Butternut squash
- Tofu for my sister
- Bread stuffing
- Cranberries
- Apple and pumpkin pie
- Gravy
- Mashed potatoes
- Asparagus
- Red and white wine

Everything except the pumpkin pie and the turkey were vegan - for my sister, though, not I.

I just made a veggie pot pie (adapted from La Dolce Vegan), I'll roast some red bliss potatoes and I'm about to veganize some Upside-down Pear Gingerbread. We have a celiac sensitive family and I just couldn't ask the host to conquer yet another dietary issue. I'm wondering why we're actually going out! I guess it is the love of family :)

french fries (hubby doesnt like mashed potatoes), salad and probably some vegan "chicken nuggets" since there was nowhere close by that I could get a tofu turkey

This year we're having quinoa with curry roasted butternut squash and apples, cornbread stuffing, garlic roasted brussels sprouts, cranberry sauce, green bean casserole and tons of pies!

Oh Drusilla you make my mouth water, I can't wait til tomorrow!

corn
mashed potatoes
rolls
mac and cheese
vegetables
