How to advoid a hangover?

There are a few ways,
There is a home remedy that sounds weird but is suppose to work that says rub a lemon under your arm and you will never get a hangover, look it up, i have seen a few doctors says they cannot explain why it works but it does and they used it in medical school. I have never tried but i have seen a lot of feedback saying it really works.

My trick is to drink a bottle of gatorade when I get in from drinking to start getting the electrolytes back in my system, the reason you ge a hangover is from being dehydrated and by getting something back in you, you can avoid a hangover. Also have plenty to eat before you go out for drinks.

dont get drunk!

Step One Eat before you drink. Starchy carbohydrates such as bread and pasta will slow the absorption of alcohol.

Step Two Avoid very sweet drinks that disguise their alcohol content, and avoid mixing different types of alcohol.

Step Three Drink water in between alcoholic drinks to prevent dehydration.

Step Four Eat hearty food while you are drinking.

Step Five Drink another glass of water when you get home.

Tips & Warnings
If you get a really bad hangover, keep track of what you had to drink the night before and avoid it next time.

Avoid aspirin or ibuprofen if you have stomach ulcers or gastritis.

It's all about water. Before, during and after your outing. Also I'm not a big fan of mixing wine, beer, and liquor. Pick one and stick to it.

Try Chaser. It's near the the pharmacy section. Works great! Also, drink plenty of water. For every drink, have the same amount of water. That really helps with the dehydration which is what causes the hangover feeling.

hydrate all during the day, and before you go out, have a meal with grease and carbs
