Answers: First correct answer gets 10 points.

5.

There is some talk about raising it to 14.

at home with parents there is no age limit

5 but not in excess hat's abuse

I didn't think there was an age limit for parents to allow their children to have a drink at home with them.

There isnt an age limit, its the parents choice at what age there children can drink.

Yes it is 5 years.

** I love the way I got a thumbs down, for just stating the law! lol

21 here in the states. The law remains the same inside and outside the house.

believe it or nor under parental supervisoion in own home only 3 years old

Any age, but if you cause any problems for the child, you can be arrested for child abuse.

Also, if you were to allow it for, say, an older child, and the child got into trouble, you will have problems in this, also.

Common sense should prevail.

I'm in California I'm 67
but I an sure we had wine (watered down) on many occasions in the year at about 10 years old . - - -
and New Years we had champagne.
I remember hard liquor about 14 - 15..
But I never really ever got drunk ( I did but was stuck until I recovered) good friends....

The age is 14 years under the 1967 licensing act. Unfortunately there is no way it can be policed unless of course someone reports it the the social services or the police. As this is a form of child abuse I would hope anyone and everyone would.
