Why is my white russian curdling?!
Answers: When i pour my kahlua, then i pour my baileys ( cause i like it instead of cream ) then the vodka . when i pour the vodka the whole thing curdles what is up with that ? does anyone know?What am i doing wrong?
keep your keep the baileys an kahlua cold.
use plenty of ice. shake it up.
also try using half-n- half.
ps. if you add a shot of ameretto then your
