When I was a teenager.... way back in the olden days... we used to put "Everclear" in fruit punch. I think it was like 180 proof alcohol, but you couldn't even taste it!
pure grain alcohol. Though I'd say long island iced tea (which by the way doesn't contain any tea), sure feels like it the next morning.

The highest percent of alcohol? That would be the distilled beverages. When the alcohol level reaches about 13% it kills the yeast that is making it. To get a higher concentration the alocohol, which evaporates at about 162 degrees is boiled off and then condensed.
Check the "proof". A "proof" equals 1/2 % so 100 proof means 50%, 180 proof means 90%. It's probably grain alcohol.

if you're referring to a type of alcohol with the highest percentage, i think it's probably absinthe or bacardi 151.
but if you're referring to a drink (cocktail) with the most different types of alcohol in it, it might be the long island iced tea.
As far as % alcohol, or proof, go with the grain alcohols like Everclear or White Lightning, which are both in excess of 180 proof.
For highest % alcohol in a cocktail, go with an extra dry gin or vodka martini. It's basically just pure liquor, so about 80 proof or 40% alcohol by volume.
Vladivar Ultimate Vodka. It's 100% proof spirit with a v/v of 58%. The strongest I've tasted so far.
There are local brews all over the world, which are almost cent-percent alcohol.

For ME, though, the most "LETHAL" thing, that I have EVER drunk, is the old-style, Jugoslavijan PLUM BRANDY, - called "SLIVOVITZ", - when I was in my mid-TWENTIES! It almost took the BACK OF MY HEAD clean OFF!

i have drunk an absinthe that was 85% abv and a polish grain spirit that was90%. the long island iced tea contains 5 spirits, one measure each of gin, vodka, white rum, tequila and triple sec topped up with cola and ice and a slice of lemon.
Its got 2 b overproof jamican rum, i think its about 84% not sure if u can get it in england!
being from ireland we are the experts in drinking and we also make the most potent drink, póitín, its called it is also illegal and many people home make it garden sheds and stuff. if you wanna get an idea of the taste its probably something like methalated spirits. it is pure alcohol and when made correctly is 100%
there are a few legal versions available in shops here but not anything like the strength of the real deal
i dont advise anybody to drink this at all.....................
