Gold Schlagger doesn't cut the lining of your stomach. The flakes are harmless. There were some urban legends about college students getting blocked up with gold and dying. Drinking hard liquor straight is rarely a way to keep your self healthy and may lead to some issues with the stomach. That isn't just a Gold Schlagger thing though. Always mix and use in moderation. It's better to remember the night and wake up not hungover in my opinion.
Of course not..gold is a very soft metal, and especially when it's so thin. It won't do anything to you at all.
