This quote is a line from a Sammy Hagar tune called "Mas Tequila." I can't recall the name of the album off hand but it should be easy to find.

Tequila is made from the blue agave plant that is native to the Sonoran desert that covers a large portion of Mexico, Arizona, and New Mexico. So Sammy is singing about going to the source for the best Tequila.

In Mexico, they make tequilla out of blue agave...is that what you're getting at?

And of course, Sammy produces his own brand of the stuff. Cabo Wabo is premium tequila and it comes in three versions, for goodness sake.
