Ceasar is the name of a Casino. It is probably the casino's specialty drink.

a Caesar (also called a Bloody Caesar) is similar to a Bloody Mary, except instead of using straight tomato juice, it uses Mott's Clamato juice. The way I usually make mine: Wet the rim of your glass, dip the rim into celery salt, and then fill the glass with ice. In a martini shaker or seperate glass, mix together 1.5 oz vodka, a dash of hot sauce, a dash of worcestershire sauce, and a pinch of ground pepper. top off with the Clamato, mix well, and pour over the ice into your glass. I like to garnish with a stick of celery. If youre using a martini shaker, you can add the ice and the ingredients to the shaker, and then instead of straining, pour the entire contents including the ice into your glass. Yum! Cheers.

A bloody mary with Clamato Juice instead of Tomato Juice. What's Clamato Juice? Well, it is Tomato Juice with Clams as one of the ingredients.......sounds gross, but oh so gooooooooooood!!!!
PS: The perfect thing to drink the morning after a lot of drinking!!!! (the hair of the dog baby!)

It's the equivalent of a Bloody Mary in the United States with the difference being that instead of just straight tomato juice, they use Clamato juice instead. It is a Canadian creation, from a bar that I believe was in Winnipeg.
