Liquors low in carbs?!

Question: Which liquors have no or little carbs?

Answers: Which liquors have no or little carbs?

Vodka and Rum are low in carbs.

Most hard liquors have little to no carbs but alcohol turn to sugar so you still have to watch out.

Because alcohol turns to sugar in the body, many people think it should be classified as a carbohydrate. Alcohol is fattening - that's indisputable - not only because of its calories and potential carbs but because it slows the metabolism.

Weight-wise I seem to do well with Rum as opposed to other liquors.

I'll dispute the "alcohol is fattening", there is no fat in alcohol. There is also little to no carbs, but as pointed out, alcohol does have calories. However, a good scotch or vodka has around 100 calories, less than a glass of orange juice. Anyone want to call orage juice "fattening"?
