Strawberry Daquiri Ice substitutes?!


Question: My dad makes excellent Strawberry Daquiries...I would love to make my own however I find my dad's recipie to have too much ice in it... is there any substitutes for the ice? or can I reduce the amount to make it less "crunchy"

Just blend it better (longer blend time and stir if their is ice chunks and then reblend)
No substitute is needed. Just don't use as much ice and blend it more.
Make it in a smoothie maker instead... its awesome!!
