Carabulu its one shot 151 one shot of Malibu rum and topped of with pineapple juice in a Collins glass (or about an 8-10 oz. glass)
Mine is a Tanqueray 10 Martini up, very dry, with a lemon twist. Makes me thirsty thinking about it...

In a shaker with ice:
1 part of Galliano
1 part of white cream of cacao
1 part of cream (I prefer heavy cream)
Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass or pour the whole thing into an Old Fashioned Glass with straws.
