They're a winery that makes mead in West Sussex.
Spend a weekend in Oxford and go to the Turf Tavern.
Look up Premiere in Western New York. They have a web site, I just don't have it handy and they carry various meads.
I know because I'm near their one location and buy my mead there ( I think I paid about $8 for the last one I got)
Good luck if your in America, we carbonate and ruin beer here. Europe is your best bet, Dos Equis seems to keep the carbonation to a minimum and is a very good German recipes beer made in Mexico. RED STRIPE is almost a narcotic.
