Is consuming 2 to 3 beers a day bad for your health?!

Question:

Is consuming 2 to 3 beers a day bad for your health?

I lead a fairly clean life. I haven't had a coke in 12 years and have dessert once a month. My daily diet consist of all veggies, beans, fish, chicken, almonds, soy milk, very little red meat(once a week), eggs, alittle fruit, sushi and high fiber cereal. I only drink a cup of coffee in the morning, alot of water through out the day and 2 to 3 BEERS at night. I can tell you that I'm not a health freak because twice a month I'll go out for a burger or pizza. I enjoy life in moderation I just don't know if I'm wasting everything I'm doing with 3 drinks a day. Anybody have an answer?

Answers:
2-3 shouldn't be that bad. Even if it is, you are definitely not wasting everything else by drinking beers. It may somewhat negate taking care of yourself, but you are in a much better situation this way than you would be drinking the same amount but not watching what you eat.

Beer : GOOD

Soy Products: BAD

Life is too short anyways...might as well enjoy beer, wine and red meat!

Drink on!

You're far healthier than the average beer drinker.

In general drinking more than on drink per day isn't healthy, on the other hand it is going to kill you. It sounds like you are fairly healthy, I wouldn't sweat the extra beer.

two to three beers a day isn't anything to worry about as long as you are healthy and feel good.

no it's not bad try drinking more

gosh, i hope not!
