Which one do you like more and why do you use or not use each one???

I like zippos best, matches next and then bics. But I always lose my zippos, matches get wet so I am stuck with a bic.

I prefer lighters (zippo, bic) because they taste different when you light them - especially zippo. Also, there is the wind factor if you are smoking outside and when driving a lighter is much easier to light than a match (much more safe too).
Matches, when I am relaxing on the deck in the sunshine and light a smoke with a match (strike on box type or matchbook) is good too, but I prefer lighters because that is what I use the most.
love matches, think it's just the appeal of the whole action. the strike of the match and the flame. can't go past the zippo, however
Lighters for me...Ive just always used them plus its hard to light matches in the wind.
Lighters, I agree with the first answer, kids can start a fire easily with them if they are in reach. Plus I personally don't like having fire burning down towards my fingers
The best for cigars are the jet torch type that work just as well for anything else you care to smoke.

Lighters for me. Matches go out too fast for me, and they have that sulfur smell. If you've ever smoked in bad weather, you know you can easily go through a whole book of matches trying to keep one lit long enough.
I would have to agree with several others and say lighters.
1.The children factor as already mentioned.
2. The cigarette taste is affected by a match lighting it as well as the smell of the match.
3. The ease of a lighter with the example of the worlds elements ie... wind, rain, etc...
4. The variety of plain to really cool looking lighters. For instance could be an actual fashion statement from breast cancer awareness, girls with their nipples lighting up, to guys with their penis as the actual lighting flick, to the alien lighter, to the gun lighter, to the all trusting assortment of zippos, and last but not least to as simple as just your favorite color.
5.You can use re-usable ones that you just continue to refill with fuel. From zippos to butane to almost practically you name it in this day and age!!
6. Isn't it just amazing to what you can discuss on a message board.....lol

Ι prefer casual "bic" lighters.I don't like Zippo or matches because change the taste of cigarette.
