Question:

How much is a liquor license or how do i get one?

Answers:
you should search around the internet and see

Varies from state to state; call the Liquor Conrol board for your county and ask. They will know about the application process as well

Where I live in South Florida they start at $350,000.

i think all ur neighbors must sighn a petition
ice block

in every state the regulations are different. just about every state has a liquor control board and most have their own website. Typically, you have to apply, fill out a lot of forms and get numerous background checks and the like. In some areas, licenses might be sold out and you will have to buy an existing one and transfer it to your name - this process takes more time and paperwork (and money). My advice - type in your state and 'liquor control' in Yahoo and take it from there.

depending on where you live you have may have to go through your local alcohol and beverage commission and fill out forms and applications and you probably have to take an alcohol seller server course as well

Depends on where you live. SOme states have a Alcohol Commsion that issues licenses. Places like New Mexico doesn't issue anymore licenses, you have to either buy someone elses business and/or license.

It just depends on where you live.. In Texas you would need to call the TABC with is the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission and get the form. Then you would have to fill out the info and then take it to the Comptroller, City Secretary, County Judge, County Clerk, County Tax Office, etc for them to sign off on.. I'm sure your State has an Alcoholic Beverage Commission that could give you some advice..

We own 2 clubs in Florida,Lic about 200,000 each depending on location, existing or new etc

each state varies, the best advice I can give you is to call your local alcohol beverage control board,

Every state is different, good luck
