College Student Question: This drink has been sitting in my fridge for 11 days-- still good to drink?!

Question: Eleven days ago I mixed a drink with red Gatorade and vodka and put it in my fridge, is it still good to drink? Or should I discard of it (and make myself a new one, of course)? Thanks!

It might be fine... but the fact that it's been sitting in an open cup in the fridge makes me say you should toss it. In general, you shouldn't keep anything uncovered in the fridge.

Probably not. Why chance it? Go to the store and get some more. Have a good weekend!

it should be fine.. no fizz to go flat.. it's gatorade not juice... here's what you do... grab the red cup out of the fridge.. and slam it down...then make another one real fast and slam it too.. any diff?

It's probably fine. Alcohol acts as a preservative, and really, there's not much there to spoil.

Drink up.

p.s. it sounds gross - get yourself some tonic and lime, lol

Yeah its still some good, imagine how long it sits in the stores. Drink up

Wait... you're in college and managed to keep booze in your fridge for eleven days? I couldn't keep any alcohol in my house for eleven minutes...

it wont taste good. it may still get you drunk but it wont be a good drunk. do yourself a favor and make another.

Hell yeah drink it, it's still good!!

Drink up!
