Are Mc Donalds fruit salads healthy to eat on a diet?!

Question:

Are Mc Donalds fruit salads healthy to eat on a diet?

I regularly purchase a mc donalds fruit salad for breakfast but someone told me their saturated in sugar or something like that and that wouldnt be good for a diet so if anyone has a idea if its good or not help me out or try to give me a alternative item

Answers:
I think it would be a safe bet to assume that anything from mcdonalds is bad for you. You're on the right track, Why don't you get some fresh fruit from the grocery store? It would be alot healthier. Think about all the preservatives in the fruit at McDonald's.. How else could an apple be sliced days ago and not turn brown?

Go to their website and check the calories/fat. A garden salad is disasterous if you put regular salad dressing on it. Might as well have the big mac. At Burger King the lowest fat dressing is vinegrette and it was 33 grams of fat and still barely covered the salad. I try to eat 33 grams of fat per day!

There is nothing healthy about McDonalds...

just look at the calorie intake for their salads and look at the grams of sugar yes they add sugar in their salads, they have the worst food of any fast food. and if your on a diet the only place you should be going is El Polo loco, chicken breast and a diet soda!!
